Coaching isn’t just for racing cyclists…….
We also offer short term packages, created due to an increasing demand from riders entering into Sportive’s or charity rides with limited time to train.
Wether its the Dartmoor Classic, Dragon Ride, L’Etape du Tour, London to Brighton or Lands End to John O’Groats our short term training plans can really help your performance.
These packages vary in length from 4 to 16 weeks and are designed specifically for you and the time that you have available to train around your other commitments. If you have more than 16 weeks to plan, we strongly recommend you consider one of our three main training plans.
What you can expect from one of our short term packages:-
- Full initial consultation, including lifestyle audit to ascertain training time available.
- Monthly planning and targeting of goals.
- Ambition analysis session with your personal coach.
- Accurate setting of zones, Heart Rate and Power, to ensure effective training.
- Training Peaks account and personal log in.
- Daily emails with specific details of training to be completed that day.
- Exclusive Training Peaks software Smart phone App and calorie bar code scanner.
Plan Duration:- 16 weeks.
Cost of Plan:- One off payment of £200
